As a Damp and Mould Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, coordinating with both internal and external teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.

Key accountabilities

  • Supporting the Damp and Mould Team to successfully collaborate between the external and internal parties.
  • Working on behalf of local authorities and housing associations to plan damp proofing and remedial works.
  • Preparing, monitoring and responding to changes in work schedules to ensure enough time is allocated for the technicians to complete their tasks.
  • Updating in-house CRM software on each project to ensure all internal staff have visibility on a project.
  • Conducting pre and post inspections of works to ensure it is delivered to a high standard
  • Track ongoing projects, identifying potential scope changes and ensuring communication with Contracts Manager and clients.
  • Assist in resource planning and maintain effective customer liaison.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress on multi-discipline design services, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships both within the business and with external clients and contacts.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Household Construction: Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Project Management/Coordination: At least 2 years' experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of contract profitability.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for client and team interaction.
