About You

We’re looking for applicants who:

  • Hold CSSW Waterproofing and CSRT/CSTDB Damp & Timber qualifications.
  • Have at least 2 years’ surveying experience.
  • Possess a deep understanding of buildings, construction sequencing, and defect identification.
  • Can articulate findings clearly and produce detailed reports/specifications.
  • Are self-motivated, professional, and enthusiastic about their work.
  • Communicate confidently with both homeowners and site managers, tailoring their approach to each project.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our in house operations team and site operatives from outset to completion.
  • Take pride in building and maintaining excellent working relationships within a team.
  • Hold a full, UK driving license.
