Plasterer
Gillingham
42.5 hours a week
Full Time, Permanent Up to £35,190, company van & fuel card.

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced plasterer to join team in Gillingham. Working with Medway City Council on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
All aspects of repairs, it could be minor repairs or a whole house refurbishments, this could include patching a leak repairs or whole plaster finishes due to the age of the properties.
This will also include external works, sand and cement renders.
Process all activities in association with tasks/works electronically utilising a hand held device (PDA). This includes, but not limited to, worksheets, timesheets, photographic evidence of works before / during / after, van stock replenishment, booking of annual leave, vehicle inspections, safeguarding issues, risk assessments and method statements.
Participate in call out cover if and when required to ensure contract compliance & service user satisfaction for emergency repairs.
Role Criteria:
- Good attention to detail
- Able to complete a clean job
- Good knowledge of all plastering backgrounds including damp issues
- Good knowledge and experience with hack off Bonding, Multi finish. Dot and dab,celings,artex and damp proofing.
- UK full driving licence
