Role Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will undertake a wide range of joinery tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance works within domestic properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing all aspects of joinery work such as doors, windows, skirting boards, architraves, and flooring.
• Supporting kitchen and bathroom replacement programs, ensuring work meets pre-determined specifications and high standards.
• Carrying out repairs and renewals to fixtures and fittings in occupied and vacant properties.
• Removing and refixing radiators as part of damp and disrepair works.
• Wet room & vinyl flooring installations
• Good plumbing knowledge and practical experience
• Wall tiling
• Patch plastering with some experience in damp proofing?
• General multi-trade maintenance and repair work

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in joinery within the building/construction industry.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate competence across all aspects of the joinery trade.

Additional Requirements

• Full UK driving license. (less than six points and no previous bans)
• Flexibility to travel across Merseyside, Greater Manchester, and Cheshire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
