The role

• Visit homeowners at pre-booked appointments and sell damp proofing, mould treatment and ventilation solutions
• Build trust, explain the problem and the fix in plain English, and close the sale
• Upsell where it genuinely helps the customer
• Hand over sold jobs to our project management team, who deliver the work

What you'll earn

• Commission only – uncapped, paid on every sale you close
• Six-figure earning potential for top performers (OTE £60,000 – £150,000+)
• The harder you work, the more you earn – no ceiling

Who we're looking for

• A proven track record in sales – ideally home improvements, home installations (windows, doors, solar, kitchens, roofing etc.), estate agency, or similar in-home / consultative sales
• No damp proofing experience needed – we'll train you on the product and the surveys
• Extremely sales driven, confident and self-motivated – this is commission only, so you need to be hungry
• Professional, personable and great at building rapport
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
