Skills Required:

• Tiling & guttering work
• Painting and Decorating
• Ability to work independently with high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Own tools & transport (preferred)
• Relevant trade experience
• Strong work ethic & reliability

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks including joinery, carpentry, and minor repairs around residential and commercial properties.
• Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with client to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £16.28-£18.49 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
