Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled UPVC Window/Door Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UPVC Fitting within residential maintenance & also be skilled in some/all of the following:

• UPVC window & door installations
• Roof repairs
• Plastering
• Carpentry / Joinery
• Installation of FD30’s
• Plumbing
• Fencing
• Garden clearance and maintenance
• Kitchen/bathroom fitting
• Damp proofing
• Groundworks
• Bricklaying

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in UPVC Fitting within property maintenance, self-motivated, and able to work independently or positively within a team with a positive can-do attitude
• Takes pride in quality workmanship and meeting deadlines
• Capable of diagnosing maintenance issues and implementing effective solutions
• Good awareness of health and safety regulations on-site
• Available to work away from home if required
• Excellent communication, time management, prioritising, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers

Essential Requirements:

• UK driving licence (maximum of 3 points)
• Own Van & Tools
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks
• Minimum of 2 years' experience
• Strong IT skills
• Must be self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work unsupervised
• Willingness to work away from home if required

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: £31,368.00-£33,212.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
