What We Offer

• Starting pay: £12.71 - £14 per hour (current minimum wage)
• Pay & progression: Initial review after a successful 3-month probation, with further pay and performance reviews carried out regularly, based on effort, results, and company policy

Your Day-to-Day

• Excavating and removing spoil
• Assisting with installation of basement waterproofing systems
• Preparing and treating areas for damp proofing
• Setting up and keeping sites clean and safe
• Supporting skilled trades on site

About You

• Construction or labouring experience preferred.
• Experience in domestic or social housing (an advantage)
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle (essential)
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
