Dance & Drama Teachers / Assistants – Theatre Kidz - Oxfordshire

Theatre Kidz is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Dance and Drama Teachers and Assistants to join our growing team, delivering high-energy after-school performing arts clubs across Oxfordshire

We run fun, engaging sessions for children aged 4–11, helping them build confidence, creativity and teamwork in a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Teachers
  • Assistants

Pay

  • Teachers: £25.00–£35.00 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
  • Assistants: £15.00 per hour

Working Hours

  • Weekdays during term-time only
  • Typical hours: 3:15pm – 5:15pm (approximate, depending on the school)
  • Additional hours may be available

About the Role

  • Deliver (or support the delivery of) engaging drama and/or dance sessions
  • Work from provided lesson plans (full training and support provided)
  • Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child feels included
  • Assistants support class management, transitions and individual children
