Salary Range: Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Location: Welwyn Garden City

The Company

An international access provider, with operations in UK, Ireland and UAE. Brogan Group is a leading access specialist offering clients the design, supply and erection of scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists on major construction sites.

We are currently recruiting for an IT Systems Administrator in our Welwyn Garden City Head Office.

Duties to include but not limited to:

It is a wide and varied role, actively supporting IT function. We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following points:

· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and being the first point of contact.

· Providing technical support across the company.

· Desktop Central unified endpoint management (UEM) experience desirable.

· Mobile device management (MDM) and mobile security for enterprise.

· Support the deployment of new applications.

· Windows infrastructure (Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File and Print.

· Microsoft cloud services and Office applications (Exchange Online, email archiving, Darktrace, Entra ID, Microsoft Teams).

· Networking (Routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN).

This Job Description is not exhaustive and other duties and responsibilities of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.

The candidate:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Has full driving license.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail.

· Good problem-solving skills.

· Good working knowledge computer hardware.

· Knowledge of ITIL Framework.

· Happy to work in a small team.

· Able to work independently.

· Flexible approach to work.
