BUSINESS ANALYST - BUSINESS CASE AUTHOR WITH FINANCE FOCUS

️Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Location: New Milton or fully remote

This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

ABOUT YOU

Are you a dynamic Business Analyst with a passion for driving change and delivering value? We're looking for someone with:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in previous Business Analyst role within a medium to large organisation.
• Financial Acumen: Significant experience in developing and presenting financial business cases to senior stakeholders.
• Project Expertise: Experience in process improvement, cost optimisation, or digital transformation projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exposure to working with IT, finance, and operations teams.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis tools to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) and financial coursework (e.g., CFA Level 1, ACCA, CIMA).
• Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, financial modelling, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of process mapping and project management tools.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
