  • Coordinate and manage external IT providers and system partners
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and controls (security, backups, business continuity)
  • Support staff in adopting and effectively using digital tools, including training and guidance
  • Manage system upgrades, changes, and improvements with proper planning and communication
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve risks and recurring issues
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and processes

Strategic responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a clear IT and digital systems roadmap aligned to business growth plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and enhance data visibility
  • Work with senior leadership to ensure systems scale effectively with the business

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm under pressure
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Accountable and self-motivated
  • Collaborative and supportive
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Focused on continuous improvement
  • A strong team player

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hands-on IT or digital systems role
  • Experience supporting and managing business-critical systems in an SME environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (OS and server)
  • Experience administering multiple systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT security, access control, and permissions
  • Experience working with external IT providers or partners
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
