Role Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious AI Lead to spearhead the next evolution of our agency’s AI transformation. This role will be central in integrating cutting-edge AI technologies across our external client solutions and internal operations, owning our full AI tooling ecosystem, and leading the development of NewGen into the new era.

The successful candidate will drive efficiency, innovation, and market leadership by embedding AI into our workflows, campaigns, and products. You will work cross-functionally with our creative, strategy, influencer, talent, and tech teams to shape how AI amplifies our edge in the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Tooling

• Own and oversee all third-party and proprietary AI tools used across the business (e.g., for creative generation, automation, data analysis, influencer insights).
• Evaluate, test, and integrate best-in-class AI platforms that unlock operational and creative efficiencies.
• Build and maintain an internal AI stack roadmap, aligned to business and client priorities.

2. Workflow & Process Optimization

• Identify and lead AI-driven process improvements across departments (strategy, content, talent, reporting, etc.).
• Design automated solutions to reduce manual workflows, speed up delivery, and enhance data-driven decision making.
• Create best-practice protocols and training for teams to safely and effectively use AI tools.

3. Product Development – NewGen

• Lead the development and positioning of our proprietary software - Including the likes of NewGen Live, our own streaming overlay tool.
• Define product vision and collaborate with internal developers, strategists, and designers to build and iterate key features.
• Ensure NewGen becomes a differentiator in client pitches and a cornerstone of our creator economy leadership.

4. Thought Leadership & Education

• Serve as the agency’s AI evangelist—driving education, excitement, and innovation internally and externally.
• Provide thought leadership to clients on how AI can transform their brand and creator strategies.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends, particularly those shaping the future of marketing, creator partnerships, and generative content.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an AI, product, strategy, or innovation role (agency, tech, or startup experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion AI).
• Experience deploying AI solutions across creative, media, or influencer/creator sectors.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency through AI.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and owning high-impact, cross-functional projects.
• Confident communicator with the ability to educate, inspire, and lead change
