Nursery Practitioner – Full Time, Permanent

Location: The Webber Independent School
Job Type: Full-Time, 52 weeks (This is not a term-time only role)
Salary: £26 000 - £29 000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

As part of our nurturing nursery team, you will:
Create a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment where children (6 months+) can thrive
Support every child’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
Work closely with families, building positive relationships and trust
Bring the EYFS to life in creative and engaging ways
Be part of a team that celebrates ideas, collaboration, and making a difference

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Childcare
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding (first aid training is a bonus, but we can support this)
A proactive, caring approach and a true team-player spirit
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for giving children the very best start in life
