Launched in June 2022, it operates in over 145 countries and is fully integrated with dentsu’s Media and CXM capabilities to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions worldwide. Guided by the philosophy of “Building Brands for What’s Next,” Dentsu Creative empowers brands to navigate current challenges and prepare for future opportunities, crafting resilient, forward-thinking strategies that thrive in an ever-evolving world.
Purpose of the Role
The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and reputation across Pernod Ricard's portfolio. The role focuses on identifying, building, and managing relationships with key influencers and content creators, ensuring authentic brand advocacy while delivering measurable commercial and marketing outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned to brand, category, and business objectives.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with relevant influencers, creators, talent agencies, and industry partners.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, contracting, content approvals, activation, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital, Social Media, PR, and Commercial teams to ensure influencer activity is integrated across wider marketing plans.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, industry regulations, and responsible drinking standards.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Maintain awareness of emerging influencer trends, platforms, and best practices to identify new opportunities for audience engagement.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure influencer investments deliver strong return on investment.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers that support both short-term campaign objectives and long-term brand advocacy.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencer partnership management capabilities.
- Experience analysing campaign metrics and translating data into meaningful recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of digital and social media marketing trends.
Desirable
- Experience within the FMCG, beverage, luxury, or alcohol industry.
- Knowledge of influencer compliance requirements, advertising regulations, and responsible marketing principles.
- Experience working with influencer management platforms and social analytics tools.
