About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Support Worker’s to join our team supporting service users in multiple aspects of care whilst also treating them with dignity, compassion and respect they always deserve. No two days are the same so hardworking, adaptable Support Workers with the aim to deliver nothing short of excellence is what we aim to achieve.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities
• Assist with accessing healthcare, education, employment, and community services
• Encourage social participation and community engagement
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Promote client dignity, choice, and independence
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedure

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Caring, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in community care, disability support, mental health, or social care (required)
• Full UK driving licence (required)
• Enhanced DBS check (required)
