HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT/ SUPPORT WORKER - HEREFORD

If you have 6 months paid UK Care experience and have PMVA/ Moving & Handling Training (preferred but not essential) Please apply!

What does the role involve?

• To provide a high standard of personal care to clients in a sensitive and respectful manner
• To support with everyday tasks as necessary
• Be competent in carrying out basic observations and recording the results whilst recognising own limitations and the need to escalate as necessary
• Compassionate and friendly manor to help assist the clients and offer companionship
• Encouraging activities and socialising within the community

Requirements for this role

• Minimum of 6 months’ care experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Willing to complete specialist training subject to the needs of a client
• All positions and posts are subject to a DBS check
• Right to live and work in the UK
• PBM/ PMVA training Preferred but not essential
• Moving & Handling training Preferred but not essential
