HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT/ SUPPORT WORKER - HEREFORD
Are you passionate about caring for others and want to make a positive and meaningful difference to other people’s lives?
Dean Healthcare are looking for flexible support workers in Hereford.
If you have 6 months paid UK Care experience and have PMVA/ Moving & Handling Training (preferred but not essential) Please apply!

Our aim is to provide quality care and positive support to all service users, assisting with independence, companionship, personal care, domestic duties, medication and mobility.
What does the role involve?
- To provide a high standard of personal care to clients in a sensitive and respectful manner
- To support with everyday tasks as necessary
- Be competent in carrying out basic observations and recording the results whilst recognising own limitations and the need to escalate as necessary
- Compassionate and friendly manor to help assist the clients and offer companionship
- Encouraging activities and socialising within the community
Requirements for this role
- Minimum of 6 months’ care experience
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Willing to complete specialist training subject to the needs of a client
- All positions and posts are subject to a DBS check
- Right to live and work in the UK
- PBM/ PMVA training Preferred but not essential
- Moving & Handling training Preferred but not essential
