Decorator jobs in Aberdeen

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

We carry out predominantly private residential work, where quality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Painter & Decorator who takes pride in their work and delivers a genuine five-star finish.

We are not looking for someone who cuts corners, rushes jobs, turns up when they feel like it, or thinks “that’ll do” is good enough.

We expect:

• Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent preparation and high-quality finishes.
• Respect for customers, their homes, and their property.
• The ability to work independently and maintain high standards without being chased.
• Someone who takes responsibility for their workmanship and understands that their work represents our business.

We have a reputation to protect, and we won’t compromise on quality.

If you’re serious about your trade, reliable, and committed to doing a proper job every time, we’d like to hear from you.

If you’re looking for an easy ride, full of excuses, or aren’t prepared to put the effort in, please don’t waste your time or ours.

A three-month probationary period applies, during which your workmanship, reliability, attitude, and overall suitability for the role will be assessed.
