Full job description

Are you a crafty sow & sow who loves sharing skills and getting creative with people?

Lemonade Events is looking for freelance florists and arty, crafty workshop hosts to join our team, with lots of exciting autumn and Christmas events coming up!

We run beautiful, hands-on creative experiences for private parties, corporate events and Christmas celebrations — and we’re looking for florists, assistants and crafty people who would love to bring our workshops to life.

Our workshops include:

  • Terrarium Making
  • Christmas wreath making
  • Glass, fabric and ceramic painting
  • Bauble Painting
  • Candle making
  • Lots of stuff with plants …and other creative experiences.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Experienced and passionate about floristry - preferred but not essential for crafty workshops
  • Creative and hands-on
  • Friendly, approachable and confident with people
  • Comfortable demonstrating and explaining techniques to a group
  • Enthusiastic about creating a fun and memorable experience
  • Able to drive and travel to different event locations
  • Available for freelance work, particularly over the Christmas period

The role could involve setting up your workshop, welcoming guests, demonstrating techniques, helping people create their own arrangements or wreaths, and making sure everyone has a brilliant time.

It's a great opportunity to share your love of floristry beyond the studio, meet new people and be part of some lovely events.
