Pastry & Cake Decorator (4am start)

Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Create and decorate cakes & pastries according to customer specifications
- Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, fondant, and other decorative elements

- Work as part of a large team to provide efficient and high quality results
- Ensure cakes are finished and presented in a visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to coordinate orders
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Skills:
- Previous experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role is essential
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create visually appealing designs
- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
