Decorator jobs in Cowdenbeath

As a qualified & experienced Painter and Decorator you will be responsible for delivering high quality painting and decoration services, ensuring that all projects meet the businesses and client standards.

An interesting role with job variations in high profile premium homes, show homes working alongside interior designers.

Must have experience in handling quality materials and products from expensive wallpaper and different paints.

Someone who is client focused, smart and professional and smart at work.

Working in various commercial and residential sites in and around Edinburgh and the surrounding region.

Mainly working on interiors, there will be some exterior painting.

Working to strict time scales, quality preparation, attention to detail to ensure an excellent finish, leaving jobs clean and tidy.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English will be essential for collaborating with team members and clients.

Must have experienced all aspects of painting and decoration from covering, preparation, sanding and painting of woodwork and ceiling/walls.

Experienced in spray painting an advantage.

Pay: based on experience

Experience:

• Painting and Decoration: min 7 years (Required)
• References required

Location:

• Edinburgh or surrounding region

Qualifications:

• Driving License Required
• CSCS registered Required (Gold card preferred)
• Level 2 min/ Time served experience
• Spray painting certificate an advantage
• Wallpapering to a high standard
• Previous experience in commercial fit out or high level residential essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
