The Role:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the luxurious surrounding, are at the highest level for our residents. Your primary role will be to maintain the physical environment at our homes, ensuring the home maintains a luxury environment, has fully functioning facilities and complies with health & safety regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Undertake general facilities support tasks as required.
· Carry out regular painting and decorating tasks to keep the home at an exceptional level.
· Assist with contractor visits and provide support where required.
· Diagnose issues and create an achievable, agreeable solution.
· Identify hazards and undertake point of work risk assessments as required.

About You:
You will have previous experience in a painting & decorating and can demonstrate a range of hands-on, skills, as well as a good understanding of health & safety regulations. Experience of working in a care home environment would be an advantage but not essential as we will provide the knowledge required if you have the skills and experience and share our core values.
