Responsibilities:
Looking for a keen and optimistic painter and decorator, who is familiar working for social housing and has familiarity with working on damp and mould projects.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Mix, match, and apply paint to surfaces according to specifications
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to apply paint
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
- Damp and Mould professionals, will be paid higher amounts but a proven track record and knowledge will be needed .
- Proven experience as a painter (Preferably 2 years+)
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
