We are seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering exceptional results that meet our clients' specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming.
• Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve desired colours and effects.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, .
• Repair and touch up surfaces as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator. experience with working in indurtrial warehouses is an advantage.
• CSCS card.
• Strong knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
