We are looking for a highly capable Associate to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and is motivated to contribute to a business operating at the forefront of the art market.

The Role:

This is a broad and dynamic position spanning digital content, operations, and executive support. You will play a key role in keeping the business running efficiently while contributing to its growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Content Creation

  • Creating and publishing website pages
  • Writing and uploading editorial content
  • Managing Artnet listings and posts
  • Supporting Instagram content and publishing

2. Admin & Operations

  • Preparing and managing invoices
  • Supporting logistics processes for artworks
  • Assisting with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases

3. Executive Support

  • Providing day-to-day support to the Founder
  • Assisting with ad hoc business tasks and priorities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Able to take initiative and learn quickly
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Logical thinker with a structured approach to work
  • Comfortable working across multiple areas of a business
  • Positive and proactive mindset

Experience in art is not essential, but an interest in the industry is advantageous.
