Who we’re looking for

A strong AI developer with solid commercial experience and a good understanding of ERP or business data environments. You’ll use AI tools to connect to and interrogate Microsoft Business Central data, surfacing insights that drive smarter business decisions. What matters is that you know how to make AI work with real enterprise data — and have the curiosity to go deep on a new platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are transforming the way we use data — and this role sits right at the heart of that change. Joining our IT team as a collaborative partner, you’ll design, build, and deploy intelligent AI tools that surface real business insights from our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data.

You’ll use AI tools to connect directly to Business Central, interrogating its data to surface trends, automate reporting, and generate insights that help the business move faster and make better decisions. You’ll also help evolve our digital asset infrastructure — including on-site storage backed up to AWS Cloud — keeping our assets secure, well-structured, and accessible across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI MODEL DESIGN & DEPLOYMENT

Design, build, and deploy intelligent machine learning models that learn from our Business Central data, surface actionable insights, and automate manual processes across the business.

INTEGRATION

Connect AI components and APIs into our existing cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring everything works together seamlessly and reliably at scale.

BUSINESS CENTRAL DATA

Develop a strong working understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and use AI tools to tap into its data — extracting, analysing, and presenting insights that support smarter decisions across the business.

OPTIMISATION

Continuously fine-tune models and tools for improved accuracy, performance, and scalability — keeping our AI solutions sharp as the business grows.

ASSET INFRASTRUCTURE

Support and develop our digital asset storage environment — including on-site storage and AWS Cloud backup — ensuring assets are securely stored, well-structured, and easy to access.

COLLABORATION & ALIGNMENT

Work hand-in-hand with the IT team, stakeholders, and department heads to ensure every solution is grounded in real business needs and delivers measurable value.

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical discipline

EXPERIENCE

3–5 years in a commercial AI or software development role, with a proven track record of shipping real-world solutions

ERP / BUSINESS DATA

A solid understanding of ERP platforms or structured business data environments (e.g. Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar), with the ability to connect AI tools to extract and analyse that data effectively.

CLOUD & STORAGE

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and an understanding of on-site storage environments, including backup strategies

MINDSET

A collaborative, curious, and team-first approach — comfortable working with non-technical colleagues, translating complex ideas clearly, and picking up new technologies with confidence
