Join Team Piranha Parcels – Self-Employed Delivery Drivers!

We are seeking keen and hard-working individuals to join our team and help us Deliver Excellence in and around Wiltshire and South Oxfordshire!

Start Date:
Typically, within 7 to 10 days from the successful completion of onboarding and all required checks.

Work Pattern:
Self-Employed. 3+ days per week availability preferred, including at least one weekend day

What’s it like?

• Typically working around 9 hours per day

We Offer:

• £137.70 per day (+VAT if registered) as a self-employed contractor
• Additional £13 per day from 1st November - 26th December 2026 (inclusive), subject to performance
• 1 days' pay for completion of required induction training. This is a self-led online module completed at a time to suit you. You have seven days to complete the training once you start the module.
• 2 Paid On-Road Training Days
• Comprehensive large vehicle and on-road safety training
• Weekly pay, 2 weeks in arrears
• Flexible working days, including weekends
• Well-equipped van provided during work shifts
• Uniform, fuel and insurance provided at no cost to the driver
• You will be required to provide your own mobile device for deliveries, using our clients' delivery app. SIM cards can be provided at no cost (subject to a fair use policy), or use your own data plan in return for a £1.50(+VAT) uplift per route

• Right to work in the UK
• All drivers must be 21 or over, in line with insurer requirements
• Full MANUAL UK/EU driving licence held for at least 1 year
• Maximum 6 penalty points on licence — no DR, DG, IN, or TT endorsement codes
• Pass a criminal background check (paid by us)
• Pass a Drug & Alcohol screening (paid by us)
• Ability to commute to SN25 to collect van each day

The Role:

• Multi-drop deliveries, parcels of varying size and weight (up to 23kg max)
• Operate on a self-employed subcontractor basis
• Load your van with your day’s parcels
• Use GPS technology to locate delivery addresses accurately
• Use the delivery app to complete deliveries safely and efficiently according to our clients expected standards
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, being polite and professional with customers, colleagues, and warehouse staff
• Maintain a safety-first approach and comply with PPE standards
• Proactively solve problems encountered on the road
