Job Role: CAD CAM Technician

Location: Banning Dental Laboratory

Salary: £35,000-55,000 per year

About Us:

At Banning Dental Lab, we modern Lab using Zirconzahn system and workflow , we specialize in high-quality dental lab equipment, using Zirconzahn and 3 shape and now we are seeking a skilled CAD CAM Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision and innovation in dental technology, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Fabrication: Utilize CAD/CAM software (3Shape) to design and fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, implants, inlays, and veneers.

3D Printing:Set up, operate, and maintain 3D printers for producing dental models, surgical guides, and other custom prosthetics, ensuring top-tier accuracy and material handling.

Digital Scanning: Use 3D scanners to capture dental impressions and create precise digital models.

CAM Operations: Prepare and manage milling machines for the production of dental restorations, ensuring exceptional accuracy and a high-quality finish.

Quality Control: Inspect and evaluate the fit, function, and aesthetics of final products, making necessary adjustments to meet the highest standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with dental technicians, lab managers, and dentists to ensure all products meet the required specifications and standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CAD/CAM equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of designs, modifications, and production processes according to lab standards.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the lab manager or other team members.
