Duties

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental treatments, including examinations, cleanings, and complex procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials to ensure efficiency and safety
• Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
• Maintain accurate patient records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations
• Support infection control protocols by sterilizing instruments and managing clinical waste responsibly
• Organise appointment schedules to optimise clinic flow and minimize patient wait times
• Communicate clearly with patients, team members, and external providers to coordinate care effectively

Experience

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care with empathy and professionalism
• Proficiency in IT systems used for record keeping and appointment management
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
