The Opportunity

Join the "YDW Family" at our brand-new, state-of-the-art private practice in West Hampstead. Following the success of our sister practices in Islington and Maida Vale, Yourdental Wellness is opening in July 2026 to provide premium, specialist dental care in a relaxing environment.

We believe our staff are the central to our success. We are a professional, close-knit, and fun team. We make every effort to ensure our team feels trusted, valued, and rewarded, fostering an environment where people stay for the long term.

The Role

As our Front of House Lead, you are the face of the practice and the architect of the patient journey.

  • First Impressions: Greet patients and visitors with a professional, friendly manner (and a smile!).
  • Coordination: Manage phone enquiries, schedule complex specialist appointments, and maintain meticulous patient records.

  • Organisation: Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
  • Location: Candidates must live within a 1-hour commute of NW6. We value your work-life balance and want your commute to be sustainable.
  • Experience: An understanding of dental terminology is ideal, but we will provide full training for the right person with a strong service background.
  • Flexibility: Able to work 37–40 hours per week on a rota, including 1–2 Saturdays (with compensatory days off in the week—maximum 5-day week).

Why Join Yourdental Wellness?

  • Brand New Facility: Work in a premium, fully digital, state-of-the-art environment from Day 1.
  • Team Culture: Join a team that prioritises mutual respect and makes work an enjoyable place to be.
  • Growth: Real opportunities to increase your skillset and salary as the practice grows.
  • Commuter Friendly: Just 5 minutes from West Hampstead Underground and Overground, with a bus stop right outside.
