Full job description

Patient Concierge & Front of House (with chairside nursing) — DRMR Clinic, Chelsea

Full-time · Mon–Fri · No weekends · SW3 (South Kensington / Knightsbridge) · £18hr + bonus

Be the face of one of London's leading cosmetic dental clinic

DRMR is an award-winning private cosmetic clinic in the Brompton Design District, led by Dr Manrina Rhode - Dentist of the Year, featured by the BBC and Tatler. Our patients come to us for treatment that changes how they feel about themselves, and from the first phone call to the final review, you are the person who makes them feel looked after.

We're looking for an exceptional front-of-house person to be that presence: warm, polished, brilliantly organised, and genuinely excited about delivering five-star care. You'll also be GDC-registered and happy to be chairside with our clinicians one to two days a week - so your clinical knowledge enriches every patient conversation.

This is the right role for you if you love hospitality and people, take real pride in detail, and want to grow with a small, ambitious clinic where your work is visible and valued.

What you'll do

  • Be our patients' person. Welcome them, look after them, and guide them through the DRMR experience from enquiry to aftercare - by phone, email, social and in person.
  • Run a smooth front of house. Manage the diary and bookings, take payments, arrange consultations quickly, and keep everything running calmly and beautifully.
  • Nurse chairside 1–2 days a week. Support our award winning clinicans in clinic, handle handovers and consent, and take clinical photography.
  • Protect the DRMR standard. Every message, every detail, every touchpoint reflects the clinic - you'll be the one who keeps it flawless.
  • Help us grow. Gather reviews, gather feedback, introduce patients to our wider offerings, and be a genuine part of where DRMR is heading.

Who you are

  • A natural with people - charming, warm, and calm under pressure
  • Seriously organised, with obsessive attention to detail
  • A strong, polished communicator in writing and on the phone
  • GDC-registered, with dental practice experience
  • Eager to keep learning and to grow into more responsibility over time

What we offer

  • A named concierge role at the heart of a beautiful, award-winning clinic
  • A clear pathway towards a management position for the right person
  • Mentorship directly from Dr Manrina Rhode
  • Bonus scheme, employee discount, company events, and a supportive small team
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends, may include the occasional evening
