Dental Sales Consultant

Location: We have openings in several locations in London, including Croydon and Loughton
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Minimum wage, plus perfomance-based bonus.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)
  • 8:45am – 5:45pm

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Dental Sales Consultant (Treatment Coordinator) to join our growing team in several locations in London, including Croydon and Loughton

This is not a traditional reception role — it is a sales-focused position where your primary responsibility is converting patient enquiries into booked consultations and accepted treatment plans.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in sales who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and are motivated by earning potential and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert patient enquiries into consultations and treatment acceptances
  • Present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and persuasively
  • Handle objections and guide patients towards informed decisions
  • Support patients with finance options and close high-value treatments
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong patient relationships
  • Work towards and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Manage and track pipelines using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with clinicians to ensure a seamless patient journey

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or target-driven role (e.g. estate agency, finance, insurance, retail sales)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Confident, professional, and personable approach
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Ability to build trust and influence decision-making
