Location: UK Wide (National Travel Required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive + Company Vehicle + Bonus

OTE:   £70,000

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our national and key account portfolio within the drainage sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who combines technical industry knowledge with a proven ability to identify opportunities, generate new business, and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Working alongside the Brand Leader and franchise network, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing our reputation for outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across national and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
  • Identify market opportunities through research and networking.
  • Generate leads through proactive business development activities.
  • Create and present tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Support franchisees with national account opportunities.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, and operational teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Represent the business professionally and promote the brand.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous sales experience within the drainage industry.
  • Proven track record of winning and growing key accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
