Sales Consultant (Luxury Dental Sales)
£30,000 base | £60–£70k OTE
Leeds | Full-Time | Office-Based

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10:30am – 8:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
  • One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role

At Smile White, we’re redefining what luxury dental care feels like. We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused sales professionals with strong direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience — individuals who can build trust, guide customers, and close with confidence, without relying on hard selling.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients on consultation calls and guide them through their premium smile journey
  • Build rapport through empathy, active listening, and a consultative approach
  • Confidently handle objections (price, time, fear, trust)
  • Ensure every patient is seen by a clinician within 7 days of sign-up
  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams to deliver a seamless, 5-star experience
