We’re Hiring! Treatment Coordinator – Full Time | London

The Lotus Clinic, a premium private dental & aesthetic clinic in Golders Green, is looking for a confident, proactive Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Golders Green, London
Full training & career development provided

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9-4pm

This role is ideal if you:

  • Enjoy helping patients understand treatment options and commit to care
  • Have some clinical or scanning experience (chairside, iTero or similar – training provided)
  • Have a commercial mindset – you love turning diary gaps into booked appointments
  • Are open to learning both dental & facial aesthetic treatment pathways

Requirements (concise):

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills, confident phone and in-person manner
  • Comfortable using CRM/booking systems and managing a sales pipeline
  • Right to work in the UK; excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous dental/healthcare or retail sales experience is a plus (not essential); scanning/chairside experience a bonus

Training & Support:
You’ll be fully supported by the team with hands-on training in consultation flows, scanning, and our full range of service offerings.
