Are you a qualified Dental Nurse looking for a rewarding position in a fully private dental practice in Surrey? Then look no further! Our dental practice of 50 years is growing and we have a fantastic opportunity to join our kind, fun & hard working team.

We are an ambitious, modern dental practice looking for an exceptional Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified dental nurse who is passionate about patient care, treatment conversion, and delivering an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate will be confident discussing treatment plans, building patient trust, and supporting patients through their smile journey from consultation to completion.

Our practice focuses heavily on high-quality dentistry including dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and full smile rehabilitations.

About the Role

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in converting enquiries into booked consultations and helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their treatment.

You will work closely with clinicians and the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and discuss treatment options
  • Present treatment plans and finance options clearly and confidently
  • Follow up leads and convert enquiries into booked treatment
  • Coordinate patient journeys from consultation through to completion
  • Build strong relationships with patients and maintain excellent communication
  • Manage diary coordination for treatment cases
  • Support marketing campaigns and patient engagement
  • Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records
  • Assist clinically when required as a qualified dental nurse

Requirements

  • GDC registered qualified dental nurse (essential)
  • Previous TCO experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident discussing high-value treatment plans
  • Sales confidence with a patient-first approach
  • Organised, proactive, and highly professional
  • Experience with Invisalign and dental implants is advantageous
  • Knowledge of dental finance options desirable
