Want to learn on the job while you travel the world?

You Belong Here.

As a full-time Dental Nurse and Soldier in the British Army, you’ll:

· Keep soldiers well by caring for their dental health

· Prepare equipment, sterilise instruments and work towards becoming a practice manager

· Study for civilian-recognised qualifications including a diploma in Dental Nursing

· Travel across the world both for work and Adventure Training

You don’t need any qualifications to join, we’ll help you get them including paying for training and giving you time to study. If you’re already a qualified Dental Nurse, we want to hear from you and will help you work towards becoming a Dental Practice Manager. Whatever your experience, you’ll work alongside your friends and find a team where you can belong.

To qualify, you must be between 17 years 9 months and 35 years 6 months of age and pass a basic fitness test.

Set yourself up for life.

During your initial trade training, you’ll earn £26,334, after which your salary will rise to £35,059

You’ll also receive 30 days’ annual leave every year (plus bank holidays and extra leave after operations), free medical and dental care, cheaper living costs, and free gym and sports facilities. And unless you're away on operations or training exercises, you'll normally work 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

From your very first day of training with us, you’ll be gaining transferrable skills – skills that could set you up for life. You don’t need to know how to do the job before you get here, because we’ll give you all the entry-level training you need.

Plus, you’ll get to travel the world, taking part in the Army’s adventurous training, and spending dedicated time playing the sports you love.
