Sales Representative

Nottingham (NG2) – Office-Based
Full-Time | 5 Days per Week + Every Other Saturday
Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

Opportunity to work with a globally recognised aesthetic training provider, delivering industry-leading courses in Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced treatments to medical professionals across the UK and internationally.

We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a driven, confident sales representative to join our UK team based in Nottingham.

The Role

This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales role where you will be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue.

You’ll be working in a supportive, ambitious team with strong earning potential through commission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
  • Convert leads into course bookings
  • Build relationships with medical professionals
  • Follow structured sales processes and scripts
  • Manage and update CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • Work closely with the wider sales and operations team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (essential)
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • IT literate (CRM systems, email, basic software)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Working Pattern

  • Full-time: 5 days per week
  • Includes every other Saturday
  • Office-based role in Nottingham (NG2)
