Job Description

- Full-time

- Expected hours: 45 per week

- Pay: up to £35,000 yearly

Requirements:

- A passion for hospitality and attentive and personalised customer service

- Experience in bartending 1 year

- Experience in cocktail making

- Experience in barista skills

- Good command of English

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the restaurant’s recipes

- Awareness of the food menus on offer (lunch / dinner / brunch)

- Awareness of the drink menus on offer

- Follow the restaurant service manuals and procedures

- Responsible for the restocking of bar’s inventory and supplies
