Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator / Tele Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting sales activities, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The successful candidate will utilise their strong communication skills and technical proficiency to ensure smooth office operations and drive sales growth. Responsibilities
- Managing daily administrative duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Supporting sales activities through telephonic outreach, lead follow-up, and customer engagement via CRM software.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and administrative documentation using Sage and other relevant systems.
- Assisting with sales administration tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating client information.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise workflow efficiency.
- Ensuring organisational compliance with internal policies and procedures through effective record keeping.Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy.
- Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in sales administration or administrative support roles.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Good IT skills including familiarity with various computer programmes and online tools.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to enhance their administrative and sales capabilities within a supportive team environment.
