Propeller Creative LTD (trading as Propeller Communications), are looking for a new apprentice to join their busy London office.

Assistant office manager / plugging assistant

Based in Tottenham Court Road, they will work full time on a paid apprenticeship, across on pan-European radio promo campaigns.
You will get to work on a team that is servicing a wide variety of excellent music. Recent campaigns include Raye, Lizzie McAlpine, Pigs x7, Usher, Lovejoy, Jvke and many others.
Roles:

Working alongside the head of industry liaison, you will be helping to scout for new music to bring in to the company. You will work with the wider team to identify great songs that have the potential to work at radio in various markets across Europe. You will liaise with the plugging team to provide in depth proposals for new campaigns in a timely manner. Social media savvy, you will know where to look for great music across traditional media, as well as new media such as TikTok, YouTube, Discord and Instagram.

Training to be provided

Five GCSEs at Grades A*-C or 9 – 4 (including English & Maths), Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths, or a relevant Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Personal Qualities

Interests in a wide variety of new and exciting music.

Skills Required

Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.

Brilliant organisational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Proficient in word, excel, etc. Desktop publishing and presentation skills such as Adobe and Canva are a bonus.

Important other information

Previous office-based work experience would be preferred.

Qualifications Required

The apprenticeship programme and employment are inclusive of each other. You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the training and job role. You will work at Propeller Creative 80% of the time, and train towards your accreditation for 20% of the time.
