Registered Nurse – Private Health Clinic

Location: Head Office, Colnbrook (SL3 0DB) with some clinic-based work across our network of Pharmacies & Clinics.
Employment Type: Full-time

Due to the rapid growth of our business and increasing demand for Private Healthcare services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our expanding clinical team.

The role will be primarily based at our Head Office in Colnbrook, with some work carried out within our clinics as required in Central London.

This role focuses on supporting the Patient journey following their health assessments, ensuring patients receive clear guidance, appropriate follow-up, and continuity of care. Our services like Weight Management using GLP treatments and Blood Tests are expanding and we are also planning the Launch of New Services like Diabetes Remission Programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider clinical team to help patients understand their results and take the right actions to improve their health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret blood test results and health screening reports.
  • Conduct online consultations with patients to explain results and discuss next steps.
  • Support patients following their health checks, providing advice and guidance.
  • Coordinate prescribing pathways in collaboration with our clinical team.
  • Arrange and monitor repeat tests, follow-up appointments, and ongoing patient reviews.
  • Organise patient bookings, investigations, and follow-up tests across our network of 27 clinics.
  • Provide guidance in key areas including Weight Management & GLP treatments, Diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and preventative health.
  • Provide travel health advice where appropriate.
  • Maintain clear clinical documentation and effective communication with patients and the team using Digital Tools and IT.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about patient care and preventative healthcare.

  • Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with at least 3 years’ clinical experience.
  • Experience working in the NHS or within a private clinic setting.
  • Strong understanding of blood test interpretation and health screening results.
  • Empathetic and patient-centred, with a genuine passion for helping patients improve their health.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain clinical information clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team supported by GPs and Pharmacist Prescribers.
  • Interest in helping develop patient relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the clinic.

About You

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RN)
  • Experience in Blood Tests, phlebotomy, Diagnostic Tests, and general health screening
  • Skilled in conducting body composition scans (Tanita) and managing ABPMs (or willing to train)
  • Confident leading patient consultations and explaining clinical results
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, reassuring and professional manner
  • Highly organised with strong clinical judgement
  • Dedicated to delivering patient-centric, compassionate care
