Full job description

At The Bakehouse by Baked In Brick, we’ve established ourselves as one of Birmingham’s favourite brunch and coffee spots. We’re a friendly neighbourhood coffee shop—but we offer much more. Alongside exceptional coffee, we serve a wide range of freshly baked bread, patisserie, and cakes, all made at our local bakery in Digbeth and delivered fresh every morning.

We’re now looking to expand our team with a part time worker on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) essential working days. We are seeking someone passionate and enthusiastic to join our growing business. If you love coffee (we proudly serve Quarter Horse Coffee, roasted locally in Birmingham city centre), enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be friendly, reliable, and confident multitasking under pressure—always with a positive attitude and a smile. At The Bakehouse, we aim to be the best part of someone’s day, for both our customers and our team.

This role is city centre based, between Jewellery Quarter & Digbeth. We are looking for a part-time role, the availability to work the weekend is essential.

Previous experience with coffee is essential.
