Job Overview
Paolo Moschino Ltd is an award-winning design studio and a premier destination for exceptional interiors, fabrics, and home collections. We are seeking a dedicated Digital Web & E-commerce Manager to join our team at our London headquarters to lead our online presence and digital sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our e-commerce platform, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your management expertise, creative flair, and analytical skills to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • E-commerce Launch: Lead the transition and launch of our Shopify store, ensuring product catalogues, payment gateways (Shopify Payments UK), and shipping rules are perfectly configured.
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with brand standards.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Analyse website performance and marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions. Conduct regular performance audits, monitor site speed (Core Web Vitals), and manage security updates to maintain a premium user experience.
  • Serve as the internal "go-to" for troubleshooting Shopify-based issues, managing app integrations (e.g., Klaviyo, inventory sync), and implementing theme tweaks using Liquid.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives related to website updates, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends in B2B marketing, digital innovation, and e-commerce best practices to keep the company ahead of competitors.
  • Maintain effective communication with the directors to ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Blog & Storytelling (Plus): Craft engaging posts for our "Stories" section that capture our "well-travelled" aesthetic and design philosophy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and customising Shopify stores and e-commerce environments.
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, Google Analytics, and B2B.
  • Proficiency in Liquid (Shopify templating language), HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript and other relevant IT tools.
  • Experience configuring third-party Shopify apps for logistics, marketing, and customer service.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to leverage their expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce within a collaborative environment that values innovation and professional growth. Have an eye for detail and a passion for luxury retail. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced studio and able to translate technical requirements into elegant digital solutions.

Please send your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience with Shopify. If applying also for the content-writing aspect, please include a short writing sample or portfolio link.
