- Managing and enhancing risk taxonomies, control libraries, and governance processes
- Coordinating internal and external audits, tracking actions, and maintaining evidence repositories
- Embedding operational resilience and regulatory requirements, including DORA, into day-to-day practices
- Supporting third-party risk oversight and vendor risk assessments
- Producing insightful governance reporting, identifying trends, risks, and emerging themes for senior stakeholders
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to improve control effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency across teams
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you bring:
- Experience in technology risk, governance, audit, operational controls, or a similar risk-focused environment
- Strong understanding of technology organisations, including engineering, platforms, and operational processes
- Knowledge of regulatory and resilience frameworks such as DORA and Operational Resilience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
We offer lots of great benefits! Some of which include:
- Competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus
- 25 days annual leave plus bank/public holidays, as well as an annual option to buy up to 5 additional days of annual leave
- Life assurance – employer funded cover of 4x basic salary
- Health cash plan – employer funded cover to enable you to claim money back on essential healthcare costs, including dental, optical, physiotherapy and many more. Cover also includes unlimited access to a 24/7 virtual GP service
