  • Driving cross-functional collaboration to improve control effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency across teams

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

  • Experience in technology risk, governance, audit, operational controls, or a similar risk-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of technology organisations, including engineering, platforms, and operational processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory and resilience frameworks such as DORA and Operational Resilience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

We offer lots of great benefits! Some of which include:

  • Competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank/public holidays, as well as an annual option to buy up to 5 additional days of annual leave
  • Life assurance – employer funded cover of 4x basic salary
