For our 12-week internship program, CHX is seeking an internship candidate with a passion for property investment and sales to join our fast growing team.

This internship isn’t about “getting experience” or just a placeholder on your CV. The premise of this internship is to progress to a full time role thanks to clear targets and expectations. This is also reflected in our clear career progression and promotion criteria set out from the start - no guesswork or nepotism!

Responsibilities

• Landlord Lead Engagement - Use our leads to contact landlords and qualify property opportunities.
• Property Acquisition - Make outbound calls, follow up leads, book meetings with clients, negotiate and close Portfolio Development Deals.Offer Structuring - Use our AI Tools to calculate and present CHX offers based on live market data.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing - Handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure execution-ready contracts with landlords.
• Pipeline Management - Keep your deal pipeline clean, updated, and progressing through Notion + CRM tracking systems.
• Performance Execution - Hit or exceed your KPIs (number of calls, offers sent, and signed deals)
• Market Awareness - Develop a sharp understanding of the London rental market and landlord psychology to close more effectively.
• Sales Training & Development - Complete CHX’s performance-driven training modules and use feedback to rapidly improve.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: £100.00-£1,000.00 per week
