Salary: £2,000 – £2,400 per month (exceeding UK National Living Wage) + Free Artisan Pizza & Travel Expenses for Events

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive Intern to join our team for a fast-paced 3-month placement. This role will center on creative content creation, campaign coordination, and driving forward both the PizzaSi brand and our flagship BIGA retail rollout.

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Content Creation & Coordination (Core Focus)

• Visual Asset Production: Design engaging graphics, promotional one-pagers, product sheets, social media graphics, and digital banners using Canva (and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Multi-Channel Content Coordination: Plan, draft, schedule, and coordinate weekly content across digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to the brand guidelines and aesthetic of both PizzaSi and BIGA.
• Asset & Asset Library Management: Maintain and organise image libraries, video assets, brand kits, and templates for cross-team use.

2. Strategic Focus: The BIGA Retail Project

• Support the go-to-market marketing roadmap for our new retail brand, BIGA.
• Coordinate the creation of consumer-facing and retail-buyer marketing materials (sales decks, POS displays, packaging mockups, one-pagers).
• Assist with retail sampling campaigns, consumer tasting activations, and collecting customer feedback.
• Track launch metrics, engagement, and retail competitor positioning.

3. Events, Trade Exhibitions & PR

• Coordinate the design and production of stand collateral, signage, and marketing handouts for upcoming trade shows, retail fairs, and client tasting sessions.
• Support PR outreach, sample distribution, and follow-ups with food influencers, retail buyers, and hospitality operators.

4. Website & Administrative Support

• Assist with website updates (WordPress / Shopify) and review ongoing campaign performance metrics.

What We Are Looking For

• Canva Proficiency (Required): Demonstrated skill and hands-on confidence using Canva to produce polished, on-brand digital and print marketing assets efficiently.
• Content & Social Savvy: Strong eye for aesthetics, layout, visual storytelling, and engaging copywriting.
• Passion for Food & Retail: A genuine enthusiasm for Italian food, hospitality, and retail brand growth.
• Organised Coordinator: Highly organised with the ability to manage content schedules, juggle multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Confident with MS Office / Google Workspace and social media platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Shopify, or WordPress is an added advantage.
• Communication: Fluent and professional written and spoken English.
• Eligibility: Right to work in the UK for the full 3-month duration.
