Full job description

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a mix of social media, website management, product administration, and marketing activities.

You will play a key role in maintaining our online presence, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring our website and product catalogue are accurate, engaging, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages where required.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyse performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.

Website & E-Commerce Management

  • Maintain and update website content, banners, and promotional messaging.
  • Upload new products and manage existing product listings.
  • Create and optimise product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Create marketing materials and digital content.
  • Support SEO and content marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor and market research.
  • Assist with reporting and general marketing administration.
  • Support promotional campaigns and events when required.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using website content management systems and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
