We are seeking a superstar Digital Marketing Manager to join our bold print-media agency in the heart of London. Reporting to one of the directors, the role is an exciting position for someone who has at least 5 years of digital marketing under their belt but wants to take on more responsibility and ownership within a fresh, ambitious agency.

This is an inbound sales role with a standout opportunity for a talented individual looking to work in an entrepreneurial and collaborative sales environment.

The Role

This is a results-driven role for a motivated individual looking to take ownership of their targets and implement their own sales strategies. Highly motivated, with a desire to grow with the business and to take up a future senior position. The role requires good management and prioritisation workload and ongoing projects. The role will be office based with the opportunity to agree some flexible home-based remote working.

We want a natural communicator, an all rounded marketing manager who thinks strategically and clearly about how to best achieve goals within the business.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role

· Highly proficient in managing PPC, researching keywords, designing campaigns, analysing result, all within budget and ROI targets.

· Manage all aspects of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding, and budget management.

· Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

· Successful SEO implementation, use of advanced analytical tools (e.g. SEM Rush), drafting eye-catching content to increase the brand’s awareness and stature.

· Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations to enhance SEO efforts and drive organic traffic.

· Competent CRM operator able to use data to drive insight and campaign activity.

· Experience in managing LinkedIn campaigns.

· Experience in running email marketing campaigns

· Excellent written communication skills with a creative edge and graphic design flair. The successful candidate will be required to project manage external designers and compile detailed briefs.

· Time-management - can prioritise, meet deadlines, and motivate others to deliver on time.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.

· Ability to think strategically and take the initiative.

· Full of creative ideas that can be translated into an actionable, and measurable, results-driven campaigns.
