Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the managing director to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, optimize SEO, and execute digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels

- Create and manage engaging content for website, blog posts, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns

- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics

- Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- You would also be required to do a small amount of daily general admin work to help this small but successful family run company

Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate ideas and strategies

- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and social media management

- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance

- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
