  • Write and design email campaigns tailored to different audiences
  • Create and update marketing materials, including print, specification sheets and digital assets.
  • Organise and maintain our content and asset libraries, ensuring everything is correctly filed, easy to access, and ready to share both internally and externally.

Digital Marketing

  • Support the evolution of our website in collaboration with our Systems Director and external agency.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied and content is refined for user engagement and conversion.

Visual Content & Brand Aesthetic

  • Coordinate photography and videography for use across campaigns, showrooms and client materials.
  • Manage editing and formatting to ensure consistency with our visual identity and positioning.

Events & Launches

  • Capture and share content live from events to extend their reach and brand visibility.

Additional Marketing Support

  • Carry out general marketing administration as required, including managing the marketing inbox and assisting with day-to-day team coordination.
  • Provide proactive support to wider teams on communications and project-based tasks, stepping in where needed to keep things on track.

What We’re Looking For

  • Over 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
  • A creative and commercially minded marketing professional with excellent communication, copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo (or similar), and social media management tools.
  • Confident working with CMS platforms (ideally Magento), SEO principles, and digital analytics tools.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team, get stuck in, and adapt as needed.
  • A genuine interest in design, interiors, and the values of British-made craftsmanship.
