Full job description

Creative Team Assistant – January 2027 Show

SAGA Global Education | Part-time | 16 hours per week

Have a passion for music, fashion, gaming or digital arts? Want to develop your skills, gain practical experience and meet other creative people?

SAGA Global Education is recruiting enthusiastic Creative Team Assistants to help bring our annual show in January 2027 to life.

No degree required. We welcome people at the beginning of their creative journey who are ready to contribute ideas, learn and work as part of a team.

About the role

You’ll support preparations for the show, contribute creative ideas and help produce promotional content. Depending on your interests and skills, tasks may include:

  • Supporting music, fashion, gaming or digital arts projects.
  • Helping with filming, photography and social media content.
  • Preparing creative materials and displays.
  • Assisting with rehearsals, event preparation and organisation.

About you

You’re reliable, willing to learn and comfortable working with others. You have an interest in at least one creative field and enjoy turning ideas into something people can experience.

Previous professional experience isn’t essential. Personal projects, hobbies and portfolios are welcome.
