About OneDome:
OneDome is a fast-growing property and fintech ecosystem, revolutionizing the homebuying journey by integrating mortgages, conveyancing, and financial services into a seamless digital experience. As we continue our ambitious growth strategy through acquisitions, we are seeking a dynamic Integration Project Manager to drive the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired firms.
Role Overview:
The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing post-merger integration projects, ensuring smooth transitions for acquired firms into OneDome’s ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, acquired company leadership, and external stakeholders to streamline operations, align business processes, and maintain strategic objectives.
Role Overview
The Integration Project Manager will take ownership of post-merger integration, ensuring operational efficiency and process alignment across all acquisitions. This role is hands-on, focusing on systems implementation, workflow optimisation, and business continuity, while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to standardise processes, resolve operational challenges, and drive efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Integration: Lead and execute structured integration plans that align acquired firms with OneDome’s operating model.
- Process Standardisation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows, optimise business processes, and implement best practices to improve productivity.
- Systems & Technology Alignment: Oversee the migration of IT infrastructure, CRM systems, financial tools, and compliance frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new acquisitions.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all integrations meet regulatory, financial, and operational compliance requirements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, operational efficiencies, and integration milestones to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, acquired company leadership, and external partners to maintain alignment and resolve issues swiftly.
- Change Management & Training: Implement training programmes and support cultural alignment to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of operational project management experience, ideally in M&A integration, fintech, real estate, or financial services.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimisation, and post-merger integration.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, align diverse stakeholders, and drive operational transformation.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on approach to identifying and resolving integration challenges in real time.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, financial tools, and project management software.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage brokerage, fintech, property services, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
Join us in transforming the homebuying experience and be part of our exciting growth journey!
