The role
This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, operations, technology, and delivery. You will be responsible for managing our website, which is our main brand channel and key to our ambitious growth programme. This includes driving learner acquisition, improving conversion and retention, managing digital delivery processes, and ensuring our systems, launches, and student experience scale effectively as the business grows internationally. You'll work closely with leadership, operations, and external partners to help build a world-class online education company.
Growth & commercial performance
Develop and execute digital growth strategies to increase student enrolment globally. Monitor and optimise marketing funnels, conversion rates, retention, and learner engagement. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to execute campaigns across paid media, email, partnerships, SEO, webinars, and social channels. Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve performance. Track KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, completion rates, and revenue growth. Support market expansion into new regions and audience segments.
Programme & operational delivery
Own the overall marketing delivery programme, coordinating delivery across all workstreams. Oversee the successful delivery of digital initiatives and support wider marketing ops. Improve operational workflows and automate processes where possible. Manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and delivery quality across teams. Ensure learning platforms, systems, and customer journeys operate smoothly at scale. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Digital systems & optimisation
Manage and optimise core digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, automation tools, analytics dashboards, and integrations. Work with technical teams and vendors to improve platform functionality and learner experience. Implement reporting systems and dashboards for business visibility. Support AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives where relevant.
Learner experience & retention
Champion an outstanding learner journey from awareness through to onboarding. Analyse user feedback and engagement data to improve CRO at all points of the digital funnel. Develop initiatives to increase retention, referrals, testimonials, and community engagement.
Leadership & collaboration
Work closely with senior leadership on strategic priorities and scaling initiatives. Coordinate across marketing, admissions, curriculum, and support teams. Manage external freelancers, agencies, and implementation partners where required.
What we're looking for
4+ years' experience in digital growth, operations, programme delivery, or scaling online businesses. Experience working in online education, edtech, digital learning, membership businesses, or high-growth digital environments. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, CRM systems, analytics, and automation. Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Strong communication and organisational skills. Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role. Therefore, if you are interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
To apply for this role, please submit your CV and a strong, supporting Cover Letter in PDF form. Any applications received without a cover letter will not be considered.
